A brand new stage has been announced for this years’ Tramlines at the Crystal Bar, with an exciting line-up to be announced in the coming weeks.
28 fantastic bands will play the new stage on Saturday 27 July and Sunday 28 July, from 11:30am through to 11pm each day. There will also be presenters and photographers on hand to capture all the excitement, along with a film crew who will be documenting the event at the venue!
It is the first time the popular Crystal Bar has hosted such live events during Tramlines and marks a fine addition to Sheffield’s urban festival, installing a new fringe venue between the main Devonshire Green and Barkers Pool arenas.
Best of all, The Crystal Stage will be FREE for all. No wristband or ticket needed.
Neil Hargreaves, of Aggressive Management, said: “With 28 bands playing over Saturday and Sunday, the Crystal Stage will be packed to the max with the most exciting bands, the biggest names and the ultimate music.
“The bands are due to be unveiled over forthcoming weeks but it’s safe to say that this year the Crystal Stage is most definitely THE place to be.”
We Love Sheffield will be bringing you news of acts playing the new Crystal Stage as they are announced over the coming weeks, in the meantime keep up to date with all the information on this exciting new addition to the Tramlines weekend at the Facebook events for Saturday and Sunday.
